The program helps develop leadership talent and potential and provides valuable networking opportunities for participants. Most of our community’s current leaders in business, philanthropy, education and government have attended ACL.

This intensive education series meets weekly for ten weeks from September to November. The sessions are co-sponsored by Ball State University’s Office of Community Engagement and the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. ACL exposes attendees to local history, business, local government, healthcare, cultural awareness, education, leadership styles and other topics.
